Welcome to Our Website Poets
POETS is being actively involved in Rural Development Initiatives through Community Based Organizations
(CBOs) such as Women SHGs, Federations, Village Task Forces (VTFs), Youth and Adolescents Groups and Children Parliaments. The primary stakeholders of the programmes are Women, Youth, Adolescents and Children from the marginalized Communities.

Important Achievements
  • Promotion of 11 clusters level federations and 2 Apex bodies one in Gudiyattam block and other one in Cuddalore district.
  • Initiative of alternative Micro – Women Banking with SHGs participation.
  • Coverage of SHGs in the entire Block 13 Dalit villages of cuddalore district
  • Facilitation of credit Linkages for SHGs.
